Body weight over 3 years

The picture above shows my body weight in kilograms over three years; 2016, 2017, and 2018 (with different colors each year. The numbers on the axes are the months.

It is quite a difficult job to discover a pattern across the three years but you can clearly see the switch from December to January. Christmass, NYE, and skiing are a major reason for my bodyweight increase. I can only imagine what would happen with my weight if I go on a diet during this period.

However, my body weight is within the healthy ranges so I am not planning to make any drastic changes just to change my body weight. I do want to note that body weight isn’t the best indicator of body health. It still doesn’t say anything about my fat/muscle distribution.
